I love this point of view, this is a great idea.

Excellent light too, there is a real mood in this photograph. It reminds me of the film noir period. Where is Sam Spade ? :D

This was taken in Texas? At first glance, I was assuming it was a photo from somewhere in Europe... it just struck me as a European setting. I don't think the image is too dark... in fact, I'm using a monitor at work that is rather old & dim and this photo still looks incredible. The contrast is perfect. Amazing sharpness and clarity... and I love the angle as well. Wonderful work.
