Did the same thing I did in [link] in terms of having a better exposed bridge area without over-exposing the sky..then overlayed in PS. Some color and post adjustments as usual :)

take a look m y s t o r e :aww:
I never realised there could be so much detail in a jetty(bridge?) before...this picture is so damn cool.
Hmm.. Looks nice, but isn't it a photomanipulation then? ;)
well to me photomanipulation is adding or removing something signficant to a photo. this is really just one photo, taken twice. the only thing I did besides colors and levels was just put one image ontop of another (of the exact same scene..not different skies, or subjects, etc. ) and remove the bridge so the layer underneath had a better exposed lighting ;)

..it's like visual heroin, with none of the withdrawls!

Me and a friend (both amateur/semi-pro photographers) had that interesting conversation with a professional photographer yesterday and we talked about the exposure topic and other technical stuff alot. I'm feeling like I want to achieve the best possible exposure for all parts of my photo (which one actually can never achieve, as you know, thats why you overlay two of the photos), without manipulating them.. so... hmm.. forget it :D
It's a great photo, nevertheless, but I feel like not manipulating :D
